There are two videos on youTube in which i attempted to convey what "stillness" is, as words are ultimately incapable of accurately capturing it.
As this "state" is really beyond anything that could be described accurately, these head-and-shoulder shots, one lower resolution and shorter (3:04) and one longer and higher resolution (8:59), are what manifests when one is in that stillness, beyond thought, just Presence, just Being.
